Relationships all over the world often break down and cheating is a common cause for this. The normal thing to happen is that someone will be found out for cheating and will try and make out like it was a mistake. But can cheaters really change and learn from their mistakes?.
Someone who cheats can change, but there are instances where they don’t. You could argue that if someone is so in love there is no reason why they should cheat. But you could also argue that mistakes are made by everyone and this is a one off mistake they will learn from.
You need to have a good think about whether or not your partner will cheat on you again if they have done it once. There is a chance that they might have learned their lesson if they openly apologise and sincerely regret it.
Your ex will have some work to do to convince you that you are sorry. You will realise that if someone is not very sincere this is an indicator that they have not learned and will cheat again.
This leads me onto another good point. If your partner has cheated on you more than once then there is very little chance that they will ever change. Someone who swears they will never cheat again, then cheats again, cannot be trusted at all as well.
You have a very tiny chance to get your ex back if in the past you have been unfaithful to them several times. If you do manage to persuade them to take you back then the relationship may not be as good as what it once was.
It is likely that your partner will no longer trust you and will want to know where you are all the time. They may even return the favour and cheat on you. From experience I know that relationships are never the same after cheating several times so I would advise anyone to walk away from such relationships.
